Guidelines for Training Providers on Tableda

Tableda is a platform that connects companies and training providers in a transparent, simple, and strategic way. To ensure quality and consistency, access to the portal is governed by clear criteria and a mutual collaboration agreement.

1. Selection Criteria

To be accepted and published on Tableda, a provider must:

  • Present a clear and high-quality training proposal.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in the field (references, testimonials, portfolio, or qualified trainers).
  • Ensure reliability and professionalism in managing courses and client relations.
  • Share values of innovation, ethics, and transparency.
  • Propose solutions adapted to the corporate context and not purely theoretical.

2. Operational Instructions

To apply and join Tableda, the provider must:

  • Create a profile: fill in all required company information.
  • Upload at least one training proposal to present to companies.
  • Wait for review: the Tableda team evaluates each application for consistency with the criteria.
  • Manage the profile: once accepted, providers can update courses and events directly from the dashboard. Applications are usually reviewed within 10 business days.

3. Providers’ Rights

Providers accepted on Tableda are entitled to:

  • Be visible for free on the portal and in company searches.
  • Receive direct requests from companies without intermediation costs.
  • Use the free dashboard to manage courses, enrollments, certificates, and client communications.
  • Receive technical and informational support from the Tableda team.

4. Providers’ Duties

Providers commit to:

  • Keep their profile data updated and accurate.
  • Ensure the quality, clarity, and reliability of the published training programs.
  • Respond to company requests professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Comply with Tableda’s guidelines and the platform’s code of ethics.
  • Contribute to a valuable ecosystem by avoiding unfair practices or unverified content.

5. Mutual Commitment

Tableda and providers share a collaboration pact: Tableda offers visibility, management tools, and digital networking opportunities with the aim of enhancing corporate training. Providers become active participants in the ecosystem by committing to:

  • Promote their presence on Tableda (e.g., sharing their profile on their own channels, using the 'Present on Tableda' logo).
  • Bring value to the community with high-quality content and proposals.

Note: Tableda reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the criteria outlined above or to remove providers who do not maintain the required quality standards.
