Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction
Tableda is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform provided by Tableda (hereinafter "Owner"), accessible at https://www.tableda.com, which allows companies and training organizations to manage and publish online content.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the platform, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not intend to accept them, please do not use the service.
3. Registration and Account
Access to Tableda requires registration via email or other authorized methods. The user is responsible for access credentials and activities performed with their account.
4. Use of the Service
The user undertakes to:
- Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Not upload content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws;
- Not compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
5. Plans and Payments
The Owner is not responsible for:
- Interruptions due to force majeure or unforeseeable events;
- Indirect damages resulting from improper use of the platform;
- Content generated by users.
6. Service Availability and SLA
The Owner undertakes to guarantee a service availability of 99.9% on a monthly basis. In case of interruptions, the technical team will promptly restore full operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users at least 48 hours in advance.

Personal data may be transferred to third countries (outside the EU) only if adequate safeguards are in place or if there are adequacy decisions by the European Commission.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the software, logo, trademark and content of the platform are reserved. The user retains ownership of their own content.
9. Suspension and Termination of Account
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
The Owner reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes will be communicated by email or via notice in the dashboard.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the Owner's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
