Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction
Tableda is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform provided by Franchi Web Design (hereinafter the "Owner") – contact: info@tableda.com. Website: https://www.tableda.com. It enables companies and training providers to manage and publish online content.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the platform, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Registration and Account
Access to Tableda requires registration via email or other authorized methods. The user is responsible for their access credentials and any activity performed through their account.
4. Use of the Service
The user agrees to:
- Not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
- Not upload content that infringes third-party rights or applicable laws;
- Not compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
5. Plans and Conditions for Training Providers
Free Dashboard:
- Every training provider, even if they do not publish free courses or request portal visibility, may use the basic dashboard for free with no time limit.
- The dashboard allows management of courses, participants, and content according to the Free plan features.
Publishing Free Courses:
- Each provider may publish up to 3 free courses, subject to validation by the Tableda team based on selection criteria.
- Each course is valid for one year from the publication date.
- Tableda will send a notice prior to the annual expiration of free courses.
- Providers have one month to apply any updates (title must remain unchanged).
- Tableda may retain or archive courses upon expiration.
- Only non-substantial, pre-validated changes are allowed; the course title cannot be changed.
- Additional courses beyond the initial 3 can be published using purchased credits.
Paid Plans (Start, Premium, Corporate):
Providers can subscribe to monthly paid plans with additional functionality compared to the Free plan, including: advanced dashboard, promotional banners, video content, featured events, and more (as described on the website). Subscribing to a paid plan does not affect Free plan benefits.
Duration & Renewal: Monthly plans with automatic renewal unless cancelled. Cancellation can be made at any time and is effective at the end of the current period.
Additional Credits:
- Can be purchased for extra visibility (additional courses, banners, video content).
- Billed once at the time of purchase.
Complimentary Credits:
- 10 welcome credits upon registration.
- Tag Tableda on LinkedIn and receive 2 complimentary credits, up to a maximum of 6 credits per month.
- Receive 10 bonus credits every time a friend signs up on Tableda using your invitation. Your friend will also receive 5 bonus credits upon registration.
Provider Data Processing: Data is used for delivering services (matching and dashboard). With consent: marketing communications and newsletters.
Digital Contract: Each paid plan is governed by a digital contract accepted at the time of purchase, which integrates these Terms.
Visibility of Courses on Tableda: Tableda reserves the right to organize and present courses according to its own criteria, in order to guarantee the best experience for platform users.
6. Conditions for Client Companies
- Access to the matching service is free.
- Company data (business name, contacts, roles, preferences, interests, operational data) are processed to deliver the service and matching.
- With consent: use for commercial, promotional communications and newsletters.
7. End Clients of Providers (final users of the free dashboard)
Some training providers offer their clients (companies or individual participants) free access to a Tableda dashboard.
- Dashboard use is ancillary and separate from any course purchase contract with the provider.
- By accessing the dashboard, end users accept these Terms.
- User data are processed by Tableda as Processor on behalf of the provider solely for digital services (registrations, materials, certificates, notifications).
- A dedicated optional checkbox allows consent to newsletters, promotional messages, and selected partner content.
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time via dashboard or email to info@tableda.com.
8. Service Availability and SLA
The Owner strives to ensure 99.9% monthly availability. In case of interruptions, the technical team intervenes promptly. Scheduled maintenance is notified at least 48 hours in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Interruptions due to force majeure or unforeseeable events;
- Indirect damages from improper platform use;
- User-generated content.
The Owner does not guarantee absolute absence of errors.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to software, trademarks, logos and platform content are reserved. The user retains ownership of their own content.
11. Suspension and Account Termination
The Owner may suspend or delete accounts that violate the Terms.
12. Changes to the Terms
The Owner may modify the Terms. Changes are communicated via email or dashboard notice.
13. Withdrawal / Cancellation
Training provider:
- Free service: withdraw anytime via email or dashboard; termination within 10 business days.
- Paid monthly plans: cancel anytime; effect at end of current month.
Tableda: may cancel/suspend in case of violations of selection criteria, guidelines, Terms or code of ethics (notice via email or dashboard).
Client companies and end users: may withdraw anytime via email or dashboard. Tableda may suspend accounts for misuse.
14. Provider Selection Criteria
Criteria:
- Clear, quality training offering;
- Proven experience (references, portfolio, qualified trainers);
- Reliability and professionalism;
- Shared values: innovation, ethics, transparency;
- Solutions suitable for the corporate context.
Rights & duties:
- Free visibility on the portal;
- Reply to company requests promptly;
- Keep profile and courses updated;
- Respect quality criteria, code of ethics and guidelines;
- Collaborate in promotion / sponsorship when applicable.
Responding to company requests:
- Reply within max 5 business days;
- Provide complete, accurate information;
- Update availability/dates/methods swiftly;
- Notify unavailability before deadline.
Respect of response times may influence visibility and selection.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: court of the Owner’s residence unless otherwise agreed.
