Tableda is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform provided by Franchi Web Design (hereinafter "Owner") contactable at info@tableda.com. Website: https://www.tableda.com, which allows the management and publication of online content by client companies and training providers.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the platform, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept them, please do not use the service.

3. Registration and account

Access to Tableda requires registration via email or other authorized methods. The user is responsible for their access credentials and activities performed with their account.

4. Use of the service

The user undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
  • Keep their access credentials confidential;
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Not compromise the security of the platform;
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the Owner and third parties.

5. Service availability and SLA

The Owner is committed to ensuring service availability of 99.9% per month. In case of interruptions, the technical team intervenes promptly. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

  • Interruptions due to force majeure or unforeseeable events;
  • Indirect damages resulting from improper use of the platform;
  • User-generated content;

The Owner does not guarantee the absolute absence of errors.

7. Intellectual property

All rights relating to software, trademarks, logos, and platform content are reserved. The user retains ownership of their own content.

8. Account suspension and termination

The Owner may suspend or delete accounts that violate the Terms.

9. Changes to terms

The Owner may modify the Terms. Changes are communicated via email or dashboard notification.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Competent jurisdiction: place of residence of the Owner unless otherwise agreed.
